Introduction of JDL-400 mud/air drilling rig

JDL-400 mud/air drilling rig is a water well drilling rig that mix mud drilling rig and air drilling rig in one equipment with mechanical top head. It is a good solution to the difficulty of drilling in the soil layer for DTH rig and the low efficiency of drilling for mud rotary rig in the hard rock, gravel and pebble layer. The mud/air drilling rig adapts to various soil strata. The mud/air drilling rig is efficiency and energy saving to drill water well and geological exploration of core sample.

2. Features of JDL-400 mud/air drilling rig

· Adopt AMT automatic manual transmission gearbox.

· The rig adopts a long stroke mechanism and a mechanical power head.

· The drilling rig adopts double oil pump for oil supply, and the hydraulic system uses split flow and convergence technology.

· The main shaft of the drilling machine adopts mechanical transmission.

· Some functional interfaces are reserved in the hydraulic control system of the drilling rig.
